We’re getting REALLY excited for our 8th annual Incredible Edibles Plant Sale. This event is festive and fun with great food, lively music, activities for the kids and some very garden-centric artist vendors. Be sure to tell your friends and family, don’t miss it!

We have over 270 varieties of veggies, fruits, and herbs on order with about 30 new varieties. The IE Plant Sale Plant Description List is now on our web site for your planning pleasure.  Time to make your wish list and remember volunteers get Early Bird shopping privileges!


Incredible Entertainment! Fun, lively, musical entertainment will add to this celebration of homegrown goodness.  

  • 10:00 am - Nathan Beck & Friends – a festive kick-off

  • 11:15 am -  Joe Kye – prepare to be wowed by singer, violinist-looper Joe Kye

  • 12:30 pm - Possom Six-Pack – authentic, old-timey, string band

  • 1:45 pm - Cántabro - Luke Maurer joins the Incredible performing tunes offering ecological inspiration!

Plant. Grow. Eat. Educational workshops will be scheduled throughout the day to
inspire and facilitate new adventures in growing your own food.

10:30 am “Double the Herbs, Double the Flavor: Hearty Salads Re-imagined” Katherine Deumling of ‘Cook with What You Have’ shares easy ways to brighten your dishes with your own home grown herbs.

11:15 am “Tips for the Beginning Veggie Gardener” Everything the beginning vegetable gardener needs for a successful growing season. Presented by Robin Greenwood, OSU Extension Service Master Gardener

12:00 pm “Cooking Up the Harvest” Leather Storrs, owner of Noble Rot offers inspiration for utilizing your harvest.

12:45pm “Container Grown Incredible Edibles” – Learn how to successfully grow edible veggies and fruits in containers and small garden spaces.  Presented by Dennis Brown, OSU Extension Service Master Gardener

1:30pm “Some Like it Hot” Learn the tips and tricks to grow a bounty of heat loving vegetables: tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, and squash, oh my!   Presented by Dennis Brown, OSU Extension Service Master Gardener


Kids Grow!

Our Incredible Event is for young and old alike. Tell your family and friends with kiddos and bring your own kids to the Kids Grow tent to make garden-science discoveries! There will be hands-on activities for the kids—led by a stellar crew of education-conscience MGs. Our Kids Grow tent offers fun hands-on garden activities!  Learn how a seed becomes a plant!  Plant a seed to take home and see it come to life!  Explore a worm bin and look at insects up close!”
