Hodge Podge - you know, a little of this and a little of that. A collection of smallish things. The new things you want to know, the old things you want to remember. Here’s where they hide.

Hospitality - We’ve had some really nice grazing tables at our chapter meetings, but the current batch of volunteers are getting weary, and we need your help!

The set-up, snacks, and tear-down at these events would be a breeze if everyone could volunteer to help out at some time during the year.  Seasoned set-up, break-down, and hospitality committee members are present to guide the monthly crew of volunteers. Your part would be arriving early to help with set-up, bringing a plate of tasty treats, or staying after the meeting for 15 minutes to help break-down and clean-up the meeting space.

Knowing in advance who is helping–and how–would greatly assist our hospitality chair, Carolyn Dixon. Please let Carolyn know you are on board by signing up with our new online service: Sign Up Genius

Sign-up is EASY on Sign Up Genius!
1. Go to: http://www.signupgenius.com/findasignup
2. In the “Search by email” box type in our Chapter email: multmastergardeners@gmail.com  (enter the random text in the box below, then click “Search”)
3.  Choose a task to help with. Set-up, break-down, or bring a snack.
4. Choose a date and sign-up! Details on the tasks can be found on Sign Up Genius.

NOTE: You DO NOT need to join Signup Genius to use the service, however you do need to provide your name (first, with last initial, is fine) and an email to complete the process.

 The Greens Party

You remember the Greens Party, don’t you? First all those folks gathered lots of great smelling greenery to be made into wreaths and other ornaments. John Jordan and other volunteers put down a ginormous tarp to hold it all, and Sally Campbell on violin, with Linda Hess on flute played beautiful music while many or you let your creative juices flow. Thanks to all the folks that made it possible!

We’re running ahead of last year’s signup rate by a good margin, but get your name on the list soon, or risk being left out of the directory! You can do so my mail, website, or at the February Chapter meeting. There will be a membership table at the Chapter meeting near the entrance.
