Traditionally our September Speaker Series is a presentation that highlights and inspires gardeners to utilize our harvest and bring it to the table in tasty ways. This year, Tuesday, September 12, 7pm, we are in for a special treat as Paul Moss, chef and Higgins Restaurant, and our very own Jordis Yost, OSU Extension Service Master Gardener Program Coordinator present "Cooking Up the Harvest".
On Tuesday, September 12, 7pm, this mother and son team will share a bit of insight into their family tradition of gathering and bonding over gourmet meals. Their meals are influenced by the cultural imprint of their family’s wide sweep of heritage. Paul will share secrets of his profession and likewise Jordis will share the knowledge she has gleaned bringing her Master Gardener influenced, harvests to the table in delicious ways.
