You can become a member of the Multnomah County Master Gardener Association at any time, however please be aware that your membership year runs for the calendar year in which you pay, from January 1st to December 31st, regardless of when a member joins or renews.  A membership application or renewal received by February 15 helps the chapter to plan for the rest of the year.
